Spectrum Dance Theater performs new works set on Pamela Z’s “And the Movement of the Tongue” and “Geekspeak” as part of Rambunctious 2.0 // Making the Invisible Visible Dance Festival at Cornish Playhouse in Seattle, WA USA Music on the program will be performed live by Seattle based string quartet Simple Measures and Judith Cohen and will also include original compositions by Wynton Marsalis and T.J. Anderson. Pamela Z’s “And the Movement of the Tongue” was originally commissioned by Kronos Quartet, who premiered the piece at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
